The invention relates to the technical field of inductors, in particular to a magnetic core. The magnetic core comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of manganous-manganic oxide; 15-20 parts of zinc oxide; 30-40 parts of ferric oxide; 1.5-2 parts of titanium dioxide; 13-15 parts of silicon dioxide; 1-3 parts of talcum powder; 1-2 parts of sodium octadecanoate; 1-1.5 partsof barium stearate; 0.3-0.8 part of a mineralizing agent; and 0.5-1 part of a sintering aid. The common-mode inductor comprises the magnetic core, a first winding, a second winding and a welding basefor fixing the end of the first winding and the end of the second winding, wherein the first winding and the second winding are wound in a crossed mode. The invention discloses a preparation processof the common-mode inductor. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, mixing magnetic core raw materials; S2, adding polyethylene glycol and ethyl alcohol for treatment and drying, and obtaining magnetic core powder; S3, carrying out the winding; S4, pouring magnetic core powder into a coil formed by the first winding wire and the second winding wire for punch forming, and obtaining the common-mode inductor. The common-mode inductor has the advantages that the magnetic conductivity of the magnetic core is improved, and the effect of the common-mode inductor is better.
