The invention belongs to the field of building materials and specifically relates to an igneous rock mineral admixture for railway high-performance concrete. The admixture is prepared from 80-90% of ground igneous rock powder (A), 0-10% of a siliceous reinforcing material (B), 0-10% of an aluminum-silicon reinforcing material (C), 0-10% of a grinding aid (D) and 0-5% of an excitant (F). The admixture is suitable for preparation of railway high-performance concrete; the problem of preparation of railway high-performance concrete in areas with shortage of traditional admixtures such as fly ash and slag powder is mainly solved; the application range covers a cast-in-place concrete structure and a prestressed concrete structure; and all performance indexes of the prepared concrete meet the technical requirements of railway concrete (TB/T 3275-2018).
