Concrete mineral admixture
The invention relates to a concrete mineral admixture which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 800-900 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 30-50 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 30-50 parts of limestone, 5-10 parts of an active activator and 2-5 parts of an additive; the active activator is selected from sulfate of alkali metal, silicate of alkali metal, phosphate of alkali metal, oxalate of alkali metal, formate of alkali metal or hydroxide of alkali metal. According to the concrete mineral admixture, water serves as a mass transfer medium and a reaction medium in a normal-temperature environment, solid waste slag crystal phase and glass phase aggregate is promoted to disintegrate, more continuous phases rich in calcium are generated, hydration of the solid waste slag is accelerated, and excellent hydraulic activity is shown. The concrete mineral admixture also has the characteristics of an organic high polymer, and can quickly destroy the surface structure of a solid waste slag glass body, so that water is easier to permeate and carry out hydration reaction, dispersion and disintegration of slag particles are promoted, and formation of the hydrate network structure is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种混凝土矿物掺合料,以重量份数计,包括粒化高炉矿渣800‑900份、脱硫石膏30‑50份、石灰石30‑50份、活性激发剂5‑10份、添加剂2‑5份;所述活性激发剂选自碱金属的硫酸盐、碱金属的硅酸盐、碱金属的磷酸盐、碱金属的草酸盐、碱金属的甲酸盐或碱金属的氢氧化物。本发明申请的混凝土矿物掺合料在常温环境下,以水为传质介质和反应介质,促使固废矿渣结晶相和玻璃相聚合体的解体,生成更多富含钙的连续相,使得固废矿渣的水化加速,表现出优异的水硬性活性。还兼具有机高聚物的特点,能快速破坏固废矿渣玻璃体的表面结构,使水分更易于渗入并进行水化反应,促使矿渣颗粒的分散和解体,有利于水化物网络结构的形成。
