Assembly type corrugated steel arched hangar tunnel structure
The invention, which relates to the technical field of highway engineering and structural engineering, discloses an assembly type corrugated steel arch hangar tunnel structure which comprises hangar tunnel side walls, corrugated steel arches, high-strength bolts, arch springing flange plates (or channel steel) and zinc coatings. Corrugated steel is prefabricated into pieces, the pieces are assembled after being transported to the site, the pieces are connected and anchored through high-strength bolts to form an arch structure, and the arch structure and the side walls are fixed and connected through the flange plates. Corrugated steel is subjected to anti-corrosion treatment through zinc plating, corrugated steel pieces are connected in a lap joint mode in a circumferential direction and alongitudinal direction, the lap joint positions are screwed through the high-strength bolts; flange plates (or channel steel) are adopted as connecting foundations of arch feet, so that the structural stability can be improved, and the arch feet can be connected with the top of a side wall of a hangar tunnel. The assembly type corrugated steel arch hangar tunnel structure is novel in structure, convenient to assemble, easy to construct, capable of replacing a conventional reinforced concrete hangar tunnel frame structure, high in safety, high in efficiency, capable of saving materials, low incost and remarkable in benefit. The structure is suitable for safety protection of snow-proof road sections and debris flow road sections in side slope rockfall and snowy areas.
