Connecting structure of corrugated arched steel plates and steel beams
The invention discloses a connecting structure of corrugated arched steel plates and steel beams. The connecting structure comprises the steel beams, welding studs, angle steel, transverse stiffeningribs, the corrugated arched steel plates and rubber sealing strips. The welding studs are welded and fixed in the middle of the upper surfaces of the top flanges of the steel beams; a horizontal limbof the angle steel is welded and fixed on the upper surfaces of the upper flanges of the steel beams, vertical limbs of the angle steel are close to one outer edge of the upper flanges of the steel beams, and the horizontal limb of the angle steel is close to the welding studs; the transverse stiffening ribs are triangular plates and are perpendicular to the angle steel, and two right-angle sidesof the transverse stiffening ribs are respectively welded on the vertical limb and the horizontal limb; the two ends of the corrugated arched steel plates are kept in horizontal contact with the upperflanges of the steel beams and are kept in vertical contact with the vertical limbs of the angle steel; and the rubber sealing strips are adhered to contact gaps between the corrugated arched steel plates and the angle steel. Compared with like products in the prior art, the connecting structure has the following advantages: the ends of the corrugated arched steel plates can be prevented from leaking a slurry and sliding in the transverse direction of the bridge during concrete pouring, construction is simple, the quality is easy to guarantee, and the construction speed is high.
本发明公开了一种含波纹的拱形钢板与钢梁的连接结构,包括钢梁、焊钉、角钢、横向加劲肋、含波纹的拱形钢板和橡胶密封条。焊钉焊接固定于钢梁的上翼缘上表面中部;角钢的水平肢焊接固定于钢梁的上翼缘上表面,角钢的竖直肢靠近钢梁的上翼缘的一个外缘,角钢的水平肢靠近焊钉;横向加劲肋为三角形板且垂直于角钢,横向加劲肋的两直角边分别焊接于竖直肢和水平肢上;含波纹的拱形钢板两端与钢梁的上翼缘保持水平接触、与角钢的竖直肢保持竖向接触;橡胶密封条粘贴于含波纹的拱形钢板与角钢的接触缝隙处。与现有技术相比,本发明能够防止在浇筑混凝土时含波纹的拱形钢板端部漏浆以及产生横桥向滑移,其施工简单、质量容易保证、施工速度快。
