The method comprises the following steps of that S1, the air outlet end of a ventilation pipe extends into a hole of a pile core, and high-pressureair is introduced into the air inlet end of the ventilation pipe to blow out sundries in the hole of the pile core; and S2, the blown sundries are cleaned up. The pile core cleaning method saves timeand labor and is high in cleaning efficiency.
