Method for simultaneously excavating plurality of foundation pits at crossed subway in soft soil area
The invention belongs to the field of building construction, and particularly relates to an excavation method for a long-standing ultra-deep foundation pit on a track. The method comprises the steps of 1, clearing obstacles, specifically, a DTR1505 all-casing all-slewing drilling machine is selected for obstacle clearing construction; 2, aiming at a longer deep foundation pit project in the parallel tunnel direction, dividing the deep foundation pit into long strip subarea foundation pits with the length of 50-60 m in the parallel tunnel direction, wherein the widths of the long strip subareafoundation pits are 20-30 m, and isolation walls are arranged between the pits; 3, excavating; 4, adopting underground continuous walls for foundation pit enclosure structures with the safety management grade of 1; 5, adhering the foundation pit enclosure structures which are close to one side of the track transit closely to the side wall of a basement structure, and designing the foundation pit enclosure structures according to the first-level waterproof requirement; 6, when the foundation inside and outside the foundation pits is reinforced, combining the stratum condition and the engineering safety management level, wherein the reinforcement depth is not less than 4 m below the pit bottom; and 7, selecting a reinforced concrete support for the first support. The method has the characteristics of small disturbance to undisturbed soil, large rigidity of the enclosure walls, small displacement and the like.
本发明属于建筑施工领域,尤其涉及一种临轨久置超深基坑的开挖方法。包括以下步骤:S1.清障,选用DTR1505全套管全回转钻机进行清障施工;S2.针对平行隧道方向较长的深基坑工程,沿平行隧道方向划分成50m‑60m的长条分区基坑,其宽度为20m‑30m,坑与坑之间设置隔离墙;S3.开挖;S4.安全管理等级为1级的基坑围护结构采用地下连续墙;S5.靠近轨道交通一侧的基坑围护结构,其结构与地下室结构侧墙之间密贴,且应按一级防水要求设计;S6.基坑内外地基加固时,结合地层情况和工程安全管理等级进行,加固深度不小于坑底以下4m。S7.首道支撑选用钢筋混凝土支撑。该方法具有对原状土扰动小、围护墙体刚度大、变位小等特点。
