Enclosure structure and method for synchronously excavating small-clear-distance adjacent foundation pits in soft soil area
The invention provides an enclosure system for improving the stability of a foundation pit and a construction method aiming at synchronous implementation of adjacent small-clear-distance foundation pits in a soft soil area. The enclosure structure for synchronous excavation of the small-clear-distance adjacent foundation pits in the soft soil area comprises the two adjacent foundation pits, and a plurality of reinforcing bodies are arranged between the two adjacent foundation pits. Underground diaphragm walls are arranged in the adjacent foundation pits and form enclosure for the foundation pits respectively, top beams and first concrete supports are arranged at the tops of the underground diaphragm walls, and the two ends of each first concrete support are connected to the top beams located in the same foundation pit respectively; the reinforcing bodies and the first concrete supports are located on the same plane. The top beams and the first concrete supports of the adjacent foundation pits are located at the same elevation. Through combined application of the enclosure system and the enclosure method of the small-clear-distance adjacent foundation pits, the problems that the soil pressure on the two sides of the foundation pit is unbalanced and the stability of the foundation pit is poor can be effectively solved, and the construction risk of the foundation pit is reduced.
本发明针对软土地区小净距的相邻基坑同步实施,提出一种增加基坑稳定性的围护体系及施工方法。所述软土地区小净距相邻基坑同步开挖的围护结构包括相邻的两个基坑,所述相邻的两个基坑之间布置多个加固体;相邻基坑内布置地下连续墙且分别形成对基坑的围护,地下连续墙的顶部设置冠梁以及第一道砼支撑,所述第一道砼支撑的两端分别连接至处于同一个基坑内的冠梁;所述加固体分别与第一道砼支撑处于同一个平面;相邻基坑的冠梁以及第一道砼支撑处于同一标高。本发明通过小净距相邻基坑的围护体系及围护方法结合运用,能有效解决基坑两侧土压力不平衡,基坑稳定性差的问题,减小基坑施工风险。
