The hexagonal honeycomb slope protection net consists of first strip-shaped meshes and second strip-shapedmeshes, wherein a strip-shaped bottom plate is arranged on a first mesh unit; the first strip-shaped meshes and the second strip-shaped meshes are arranged in a spaced mode; and a first mesh unit atwave troughs in wavy first strip-shaped meshes is fixedly connected to a second mesh unit at wave crests in the wavy second strip-shaped meshes. The second strip-shaped meshes of the hexagonal honeycomb slope protection net are arranged, so that resistance, perpendicular to a slope surface, of a grid room is increased, and the slope protection net is prevented from dropping from a slope body or sinking into the slope body, and therefore, stability of the slope protection net is improved.
