Construction method for steel plate pile cofferdam of deeply-buried underwater bearing platform
The invention relates to a construction method for a steel plate pile cofferdam of a deeply-buried underwater bearing platform. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) making construction preparation; 2) erecting a construction platform; 3) guiding and inserting a guide steel plate pile; 4) limiting and inserting a rear steel plate pile; 5) enhancing stability of the steel platepile cofferdam; 6) plugging a gap of the steel plate pile cofferdam; 7) replacing an inner support at a bottom layer; 8) pouring underwater bearing platform concrete; and 9) dismounting the inner support. The construction method has the beneficial effects that: a joint of a platform supporting column and a foundation soil body is provided with a column-bottom hoop and a column bottom support plate, so that influences, on the foundation soil body, of vertical load of the platform supporting column can be reduced; and meanwhile, side supporting bodies are separately arranged at the two sides ofthe guide steel plate pile, so that guide control in a guide steel plate pile driving process can be realized, and driving quality of the guide steel plate pile is improved. Pile side control bodies are arranged on the two side surfaces of the guide steel plate pile, so that the transverse position of the rear steel plate pile can be limited by virtue of a guide beam inserted into a beam connecting slot.
本发明涉及深埋水下承台钢板桩围堰的施工方法,包括步骤:1)施工准备;2)施工平台搭设;3)导向钢板桩导向插设;4)后置钢板桩限位插设;5)钢板桩围堰稳定性增强;6)钢板桩围堰缝隙堵漏;7)底层内支撑换撑;8)水下承台混凝土浇筑;9)内支撑拆除。本发明的有益效果是:本发明在平台支撑柱与地基土体相接处设置了柱底抱箍和柱底撑板,可减小平台支撑柱竖向荷载对地基土体的影响;同时,本发明在导向钢板桩的两侧分别设置侧向支撑体,可实现导向钢板桩打设过程中的导向控制,改善了导向钢板桩的打设质量;本发明在导向钢板桩的两侧面上均设置桩侧控位体,可借助插入横梁连接槽内的导向横梁限定后置钢板桩的横向位置。
