The invention provides a construction method suitable for a deepwater deeply-buried soft soil locking steel pipe pile cofferdam. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, locking steel pipe piles and tensile piles are inserted and driven, and ring beam inner supports, tensile pile enclosing purlins and finish rolling twisted steel bars are installed; at the low water level, a first layer of ring beam inner support and a tensile pile enclosing purlin are installed, water pumping excavation is conducted on the interior of the cofferdam, and a second layer of ring beam inner support and vertical connection between the first layer of ring beam inner support and the second layer of ring beam inner support are installed at the designed elevation; after water injection and desilting, bottom sealing concrete is poured underwater; third and fourth layers of ring beam inner supports are mounted after water pumping; after the bottom sealing concrete reaches the design strength, pumping water in the cofferdam layer by layer; and finally pouring the bearing platform and the pier body. According to the construction method, the construction procedures that two layers of ring beam inner supports are installed firstly, then the bottom sealing concrete is poured underwater, and finally the other two layers of ring beam inner supports are installed are adopted, so that the uneconomical and increased construction difficulty due to the too large penetration depth of the locking steel pipe pile in deep water and deep-buried soft soil can be prevented, and the safety is improved.
本发明创造提供了一种适用于深水深埋软弱土锁口钢管桩围堰的施工方法,先插打锁口钢管桩及抗拉桩、安装圈梁内支撑、抗拉桩围檩以及精轧螺纹钢筋;在低水位时,安装第一层圈梁内支撑和抗拉桩围檩,对围堰内部抽水开挖,在设计高程处安装第二层圈梁内支撑以及第一、二层圈梁内支撑之间的竖向连接;注水并清淤后水下浇筑封底混凝土;抽水后安装第三、四层圈梁内支撑;待封底混凝土达到设计强度后,对围堰内部逐层抽水;最后浇筑承台和墩身。本发明采用先安装两层圈梁内支撑,再水下浇筑封底混凝土,最后再安装另外两层圈梁内支撑的施工工序,可防止处于深水深埋软弱土时,锁口钢管桩入土深度过大不经济并增加施工难度,并提高安全性。
