The invention discloses a thick plate underpinning cover-excavation semi-top-down method for building a subway station under an existing basement. The method includes the steps that a site is leveled,first-stage traffic guide and transformation are carried out, a first-stage top plate and a top longitudinal beam are constructed, second-stage traffic guide and transformation are carried out, enclosure piles are constructed, a foundation pit is excavated to the top plate and a bottom elevation position of a side wall short wall, an enclosure pile crown beam is constructed, the side wall short wall and a waterproof layer are laid, and the side wall short wall, a second-stage top plate and the top longitudinal beam are poured; and a waterproof layer of the second-stage top plate is constructed, existing pole foundation joints are treated and underpinned, an internal support is erected under the top plate and an underpinning plate, excavation is carried out layer by layer to the bottom ofthe foundation pit, a cushion layer is constructed, a bottom plate is laid, and the bottom plate, a bottom longitudinal beam and a part of a side wall are poured. Therefore, the method effectively overcomes defects in the prior art, solves the problem of building the subway station under the existing basement, is high in applicability and high in flexibility, can be used and popularized in similarprojects, can avoid dismantling and building of the existing basement, and also has the advantages that the engineering quantity is small, the influence on application of ground squares and roads issmall and the economic benefit is good.
一种既有地下室下方建造地铁车站的厚板托换盖挖半逆作法，通过平整场地，一期交通导改，并施作一期顶板和顶纵梁，并进行二期交通导改，施工围护桩，开挖基坑至顶板、侧墙矮墙底标高处，施作围护桩冠梁，敷设侧墙矮墙、防水层，并浇筑侧墙矮墙及二期顶板和顶纵梁，施作二期顶板的防水层，处理托换既有桩基节点，在顶板和托换板下架设内支撑，逐层开挖至基坑底，施工垫层，敷设底板，浇筑底板、底纵梁及部分侧墙；由此，本发明有效克服现有技术的缺陷，解决在既有地下室下方建造地铁车站的问题，适用性强，灵活性高，可在类似工程中推广应用，可避免既有地下室的拆除、还建，改造工程量小，对地面广场、道路使用影响小，经济效益较好。
