FRP sheet connecting structure of prefabricated straight shear wall-prefabricated floor system and method
The invention provides an FRP sheet connecting structure of a prefabricated straight shear wall-prefabricated floor system and a method. The FRP sheet connecting structure and the method are used forconnecting prefabricated foundations, prefabricated shear walls, prefabricated parapets, prefabricated floors and other objects. Horizontal adjacent-wall connecting FRP sheets are pasted to two sidesof each of two adjacent shear walls within one plane in the vertical direction of a wall slit; adjacent-floor slit-crossing FRP sheets are pasted to two sides of each of two adjacent floors in the longitudinal direction of a floor slit; a lower side wall/side foundation is vertically connected with an upper side wall and perpendicularly connected with floors through a single-floor supporting frame, single-floor wall connecting FRP sheets and vertical adjacent-wall connecting FRP sheets; and a lower inner wall/inner foundation is vertically connected with an upper inner wall and perpendicularlyconnected with floors on left and right sides of the wall through a double-floor supporting frame, double-floor wall connecting FRP sheets and vertical adjacent-wall connecting FRP sheets. The FRP sheet connecting structure and the method can solve the problems of low efficiency, poor environment benefits, instable connecting performance and the like in processes of manufacturing, transporting, hoisting, connecting and the like in the prior art.
本发明提供的预制一字形剪力墙—预制楼板体系的FRP片材连接结构及方法,连接预制的基础、剪力墙、女儿墙、楼板等对象。同一平面内相邻的两片剪力墙,沿着墙缝竖向、在墙两侧粘贴水平邻墙连接FRP片材;两相邻楼板,沿着板缝纵向、在板两侧粘贴邻板骑缝FRP片材;下边墙/边基础与上边墙的竖向连接及其与楼板间的垂直连接,通过单板支撑架、单板连墙FRP片材、竖向邻墙连接FRP片材予以实现;下内墙/内基础与上内墙的竖向连接及其与墙左/右楼板间的垂直连接,通过双板支撑架、双板连墙FRP片材、竖向邻墙连接FRP片材予以实现。本发明可解决现有技术在制作、运输、吊装、连接等工序中效率下、环境效益差、连接性能不稳定等问题。
