The invention discloses a composite heat insulation color steel plate. The composite heat insulation color steel plate comprises a steel plate base layer, a vacuum layer, an aerogel heat insulation layer and a protective layer, wherein the steel plate base layer is a cold-rolled plate; the outer side of the steel plate base layer is provided with a plating layer; the plating layer is zinc or tin;the outer side of the plating layer is provided with an organic coating; the organic coating is epoxy ester; the inner side of the steel plate base layer is bonded with the vacuum layer through damping glue; the vacuum layer is closed double-layer organic glass; a through joint port is formed in the side wall of the vacuum layer; the joint port is provided with a valve; vacuumizing can be achievedafter a negative pressure device is connected with the joint port; and the inner side of the vacuum layer is bonded with the aerogel heat insulation layer through damping glue; the aerogel heat insulation layer comprises silica aerogel and is compounded with pre-oxidized fibers; the protective layer is pasted on the inner side of the aerogel heat insulation layer; and the protective layer is epoxy acrylate photocuring paint. The composite heat insulation color steel plate is compounded with the aerogel heat insulation layer, thereby being low in heat conductivity coefficient and having tensile strength and compressive strength; and the vacuum layer is arranged, so that the heat insulation performance is improved.
