The invention discloses a dampproof solid wood floor and a manufacturing process, and relates to the technical field of solid wood floors. The dampproof solid wood floor comprises a solid wood floor body, and the solid wood floor body comprises a solid wood base material; the bottom of the solid wood base material is fixedly connected with a balancing layer, and a dampproof layer is arranged at the bottom of the balancing layer; and the top of the solid wood base material is fixedly connected with a decoration layer. According to the solid wood floor and the manufacturing process, a waterprooflayer, the dampproof layer and oil sealing layers are used in cooperation, a paraffin layer is arranged at the bottom, paraffin is insoluble in water, and a very good waterproof and dampproof function is achieved; meanwhile the oil sealing layers are arranged on the four side faces, and therefore the dampproof effect of the solid wood floor body is further improved; and the waterproof layer is apolyester film, the polyester film has excellent water resistance, and therefore the solid wood floor body has excellent dampproof performance, it is avoided that the solid wood floor is damaged due to contact with water, and the service life of the solid wood floor can be prolonged.
