The invention relates to a double-layer frame type no-avoidance stereo garage which is formed by a parking platform, guide rails, a fixed frame and the like. The fixed frame is of a long steel structure; a ground parking space is arranged under the fixed frame; the fixed frame provides protection for a vehicle and people on the lower layer, and keeps the parking platform in operation to be at a stable state through a connected upper guide rail; the parking platform is arranged on the side face of the fixed frame; during parking, a vehicle platform plate stops above the fixed frame; the vehicleon the lower layer is parked on the ground parking space under the fixed frame, and a vehicle on the upper layer is parked on the vehicle platform plate of the parking platform; and the vehicle on the upper layer enters and exits through the moving of the parking platform, the rotating of a stand column and the lifting of the vehicle platform plate.
双层框架式无避让立体车库，由停车台、导轨和固定框架等组成。固定框架为是一个长形钢结构固定框架，固定框架下设一个地面停车位。固定框架即提供对下层车辆和人员提供保护，又通过连接的上导轨使运行中的停车台处于稳定状态。停车台布置在固定框架侧面，停车时车台板停在固定框架上方。下层汽车停在固定框架下的地面停车位，上层汽车停在停车台的车台板上。上层汽车通过停车台移动、立柱转动、车台板升降实现车辆的出入。
