The rotating mechanism comprises a crossed telescopic frame and a guide rail; the cross telescopic frame is provided with a first cross rod set and a second cross rod set which are rotationally connected in a cross mode, the first cross rod set and the second cross rod set are each provided with a driving end and a free end, and the driving end of the first cross rod set is rotationally connected with the garage frame. The free end of the second cross rod group is rotationally connected with the lower car loading plate; the guide rail is provided with a first rail and a second rail which are sequentially connected.
