The invention discloses a door and window opening and closing control device. The device comprises a sensing module, a single chip microcomputer, a driving unit and a switch module, wherein the sensing module is connected to an input port in the single chip microcomputer; the output end of the single chip microcomputer is connected with the input end of the driving unit; the output end of the driving unit is connected with the switch module for controlling door and window power input; and the sensing module comprises a temperature sensor, a light sensor, an infrared sensor and a sound sensor.The temperature sensor, the light sensor, the infrared sensor and the sound sensor are connected with corresponding input ports in the single chip microcomputer, and are used for transmitting collected data to the single chip microcomputer. The door and window opening and closing control device can accurately control door and window opening and closing according to utilization conditions, and thus, reduces the cost and improves the door and window utilization efficiency.
