The high-strength baking-free aggregate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of engineering spoil; 10 to 40 parts of mineral powder; 2 to 6.5 parts of cement; 1-2 parts of a reinforcing agent; 3-10 parts of a solid excitant; and 18-25 parts of water. The engineering spoil is used as a base material, cement and mineral powder are used as cementing materials, the reinforcing agent is used as a reinforcing material, and under the excitation of the excitant, the baking-free aggregate with higher strength is obtained by matching the dosage of each raw material.
