The invention relates to anti-cracking asphalt concrete and a preparation process thereof. The asphalt concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of an old asphalt mixture, 50-70 parts of a new asphalt mixture, 10-15 parts of coarse aggregate, 8-12 parts of fine aggregate, 16-20 parts of lignocellulose, 3-6 parts of an adhesive, 2-4 parts of furfural oil, 2-5 partsof mineral powder, 2-4 parts of a reinforcing agent and 15-20 parts of water. All the components have good adhesion, and therefore cracking is not likely to happen in the using process.
