The invention relates to anti-cracking concrete and a preparation process thereof. The anti-cracking concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of cement, 8 parts of aggregate, 4 parts of graphite powder, 1 part of a reinforcing agent and 1 part of gravel. The preparation process comprises the steps that 1, a layer of concrete is poured into a concrete forming box; 2, a layer of anti-crack fiber net is laid on the concrete; 3, the anti-crack fiber net is directionally inserted into the concrete; and 4, a layer of concrete is poured again to cover the anti-crack fiber net. The invention further relates to an anti-cracking concrete preparation device in the preparation process of the anti-cracking concrete. The anti-cracking concrete preparation device comprises a preparation box and at least one directional deformation inserting piece, and the directional deformation inserting piece is arranged on the preparation box. The directional deformation inserting piece can drive the anti-crack fiber net to be inserted into the concrete. The directional deformation inserting piece is a vertical plate, and the shape of the directional deformation inserting piece can be changed. The directional deformation inserting piece comprises a core plate and a frame, and the core plate is arranged on the frame.
