Water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof coating is formed by mixing a liquid material and a powder material, wherein the liquid material is composed of the components in percentage by weight: 85%-90% of a fluorocarbon emulsion, 1%-2% of a modifier, 0.3%-0.5% of a catalyst, 3%-8% of a coalescing agent, 0.1%-0.5%of a surfactant, 0.1%-0.3% of a defoaming agent, 3%-8% of deionized water and 0.3%-0.8% of cellulose ether; the powder comprises the components in percentage by weight: 50%-70% of silicate mineral powder, 10%-30% of quartz powder and 10%-30% of bentonite. The problems that an existing polymer emulsion waterproof coating is not high in mechanical property strength, poor in weather resistance and ultraviolet resistance, poor in pollution resistance (self-cleaning property), poor in stability and prone to precipitation after being stored and transported in a high-temperature environment for a long time, and an existing waterproof coating filling material and a film forming material are structurally separated are solved.
