Deviation rectifying method for ballastless track
The invention discloses a deviation rectifying method for a ballastless track. The deviation rectifying method comprises the steps: S10, determining a deviation rectifying area of the ballastless track; S20, chiseling away boss resin of track plates in the to-be-rectified state; S30, selecting the track plate with the maximum deviation rectifying amount B from the track plates in the to-be-rectified state as a target track plate; S40, vertically separating a mortar layer from the target track plate; S50, subjecting the target track plate to deviation rectification operation in steps, wherein the single deviation rectification amount of the target track plate is b1, and when the residual deviation rectification amount of the target track plate is 0, the target track plate is disengaged fromthe to-be-rectified state; S60, determining whether the number of the remaining track plates in the to-be-rectified state is equal to 0 or not, and if yes, executing the step S70; otherwise, returning to the step S30; S70, falling the track plate back to the mortar layer; and S80, pouring the boss resin again. According to the deviation rectifying method for the ballastless track, effective deviation rectifying can be conducted on the area which only generates transverse deviation and does not generate settlement.
