Deviation rectifying and lifting integrated device for ballastless track
The invention discloses a ballastless track deviation rectifying and lifting integrated device which comprises a supporting frame fixedly arranged on the outer side of a ballastless track plate, the supporting frame comprises inclined supporting frames fixed to the two sides of the ballastless track plate and two steel beams connected between the inclined supporting frames, and a rolling groove is formed in the upper portion of each steel beam; a plurality of pulley assemblies are arranged between the rolling grooves of the two steel beams and are vertically and fixedly arranged on the upper side of the ballastless track plate through hydraulic devices, the hydraulic devices are fixedly connected with the ballastless track plate through vacuum devices, and the side edge of the ballastless track plate abuts against the counter-force pile structure through a jack. An L-shaped steel plate is arranged between the jack and the counter-force pile structure, a first detector is arranged in the hydraulic device, a second detector is arranged in the L-shaped steel plate, and the first detector, the second detector and the vacuum device are all controlled by a controller. According to the ballastless track structure, punching in the track plate is avoided, and the service life of the ballastless track structure is prolonged.
