The invention discloses a prefabricated UHPC anchoring tooth block for external prestress reinforcement and a construction method, and relates to an anchoring technical means for external prestress reinforcement of an original concrete structure. External prestress reinforcement is conducted on an original structure through UHPC anchoring blocks prefabricated in a factory, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, a shearing force notch is formed in the outer wall of an original concrete bridge web, and roughening treatment is conducted; UHPC anchoring blocks are prefabricated in a factory; the prefabricated UHPC anchoring blocks are installed at the designed positions, and mortar or epoxy resin glue is smeared on shear notches and interfaces; finish-rolled threaded steel bars are arranged in a penetrating mode and tensioned for connection; and an external prestressing tendon penetrates through and is tensioned. Compared with a traditional external prestress anchoring tooth block, the prefabricated UHPC anchoring block is small in size, high in strength, simple in structure and reliable in quality; the construction speed is high, and the method is a reliable technical means for achieving external prestress reinforcement of the concrete structure.
