The invention discloses a prestress bending anchoring device of a pre-tensioning method-prefabricated beam plate. The device comprises a base, a coupler, a pull rod and a bender; a mounting hole is formed in the bottom end of the base; the top end of the base is hinged to the lower end of the coupler through a shaft pin; the upper end and the lower end of the pull rod are detachably connected withthe upper end of the bender and the upper end of the coupler respectively; and the distance between the bender and the coupler is adjusted through the pull rod. Free steering of the bender can be achieved, rapid mounting and dismounting of the bender can be achieved, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved. The invention further discloses a construction method of the pre-tensioning method-prefabricated beam plate based on the prestress bending anchoring device.
本发明公开一种先张法预制梁板的预应力弯起锚固装置,包括底座、联接器、拉杆和弯起器,所述底座的底端设有安装孔,所述底座的顶端通过轴销与所述联接器的下端相铰接,所述拉杆的上下两端分别可拆卸地连接所述弯起器和所述联接器的上端,所述弯起器和所述联接器之间的距离通过所述拉杆调节;本发明可实现弯起器自由转向,可实现弯起器的快速安拆,提高工作效率,节省劳动力成本;本发明还公开基于上述预应力弯起锚固装置的一种先张法预制梁板的施工方法。
