The invention discloses a barrier gate movement and a barrier gate. The barrier gate movement comprises a main shaft assembly, a driving assembly and a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism comprises a power arm, a middle connecting rod and a transmission shaft connecting lever. The second end of the transmission shaft connecting lever and the connecting part form a lever force arm; the torque applied to the transmission shaft connecting lever by the spring pull arm mechanism is increased through the length of the lever force arm; therefore, the spring pull arm mechanism can meetthe requirements of the transmission shaft connecting lever on the spring force by adopting a small number of pull arm springs with small elastic force, so that the counter-acting force of the transmission shaft connecting lever on the spring pull arm mechanism is reduced, the fatigue of the springs is favorably reduced, and the service life of the pull arm springs is prolonged. As the first end and the second end of the transmission shaft connecting lever are respectively positioned on the two sides of the connecting part, the force arm length from the second end to the connecting part can beflexibly set according to actual requirements and is longer or shorter than the force arm length from the first end to the connecting part.
