Extrusion sleeve yield anchor cable and mounting process thereof
The invention relates to an extrusion sleeve yield anchor cable and a mounting process thereof. The anchor cable comprises an anchor cable body composed of a plurality of steel strands and an outer anchor head; a yield section, an anchoring section and a free section are sequentially arranged on the anchor cable body, a standard extrusion sleeve and a yield extrusion sleeve are connected to each steel strand positioned at the yield section by a certain distance in a sleeving mode to form a yield device, and a pressure bearing plate and a bearing body are sequentially arranged on the steel strands at the front end of the yield section in a sleeving mode to form the anchoring section; and the outer anchor head adopts a wedge-type anchorage to fix the anchor cable, and an anti-loosening and anti-seismic device is additionally arranged on the wedge-type anchorage. According to the extrusion sleeve yield anchor cable and the mounting process thereof, the yield device is simple in structureand stable in performance, and the anchoring section adopts a pressure centralized anchoring structure so that high anchoring force can be provided; and the mounting process is simple, and the grouting is guaranteed to be full, so that the anchor cable is reliably anchored and has good anti-dynamic load performance.
本发明涉及一种挤压套屈服锚索及其安装工艺,所述锚索包括多根钢绞线组成的锚索体以及外锚头,所述锚索体上依次设有屈服段、锚固段和自由段,位于屈服段的每根钢绞线上间隔一定距离套接有标准挤压套和屈服挤压套构成屈服装置,所述屈服段前端的钢绞线上依次套装承压板和承载体,形成锚固段,所述外锚头采用夹片式锚具对锚索进行固定,所述夹片式锚具上还加装有防松抗震装置,本发明屈服装置结构简单、性能稳定,锚固段采用压力集中型锚固结构,能提供较高的锚固力,安装工艺简单,且保证注浆饱,使得锚索锚固可靠且具有良好的抗动载性能。
