Prefabricated bent cap prestress deep-buried anchor sleeve and mounting process thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated bent cap prestress deeply-buried anchor sleeve and a mounting process thereof. The deep-buried anchor sleeve comprises a wedge block, a first fixing block anda second fixing block, the wedge block, the first fixing block, the second fixing block and the wedge block are movably spliced in sequence to form the deep-buried anchor sleeve, and the wedge block is embedded between the first fixing block and the second fixing block. By means of the deep-buried anchor sleeve, on one hand, the position of an anchorage device in the concrete pouring process is fixed, and compared with a traditional PVC deep-buried anchor sleeve, the deep-buried anchor sleeve of the invention is more stable in structure and relatively large in strength; and on the other hand,the wedge-shaped block, the first fixing block and the second fixing block are spliced for use, so on the premise that the strength of the deep-buried anchor sleeve is guaranteed, the deep-buried anchor sleeve can be conveniently dismounted after concrete pouring is completed, the dismounted deep-buried anchor sleeve can be repeatedly used, and the wedge-shaped block of the wedge-shaped structureis more convenient for dismounting the deep-buried anchor sleeve.
本发明涉及一种预制盖梁预应力深埋锚套筒及其安装工艺,深埋锚套筒包括楔形块、第一固定块、第二固定块,楔形块、第一固定块、第二固定块、楔形块依次活动拼接形成深埋锚套筒,楔形块嵌入第一固定块和第二固定块之间。通过本发明的深埋锚套筒,一方面对混凝土浇筑过程中锚具的位置进行固定,相比传统的PVC深埋锚套筒结构更加稳定,强度相对较大;另外一方面,楔形块、第一固定块、第二固定块的拼接使用,在保证深埋锚套筒的强度前提下,便于混凝土浇筑完成后深埋锚套筒的拆除,拆除后的深埋锚套筒可反复利用,楔形结构的楔形块更加便于深埋锚套筒的拆除。
