The invention discloses an underground pile foundation disassembly method and device. The underground pile foundation disassembly method comprises the steps that firstly, a pile driving hammer is hungby a crawler crane, a steel sleeve aligns to the center of a pile to be disassembled, and the steel sleeve is hit by the pile driving hammer so that the steel sleeve and the pile to be disassembled can form the concentric circles, and the steel sleeve can arrive at the design position; secondly, the steel sleeve is used as a retaining wall, high-pressure water is adopted to fully liquefy a soil mass between the pile to be disassembled and the steel sleeve, and the soil between the steel sleeve and a pile foundation to be disassembled is cleaned away by a soil suction facility; thirdly, the pile foundation is cut, the pile foundation which is cut off is hoisted and disassembled by the crawler crane; and fourthly, the pile driving hammer is hung by the crawler crane to pull out the steel sleeve, and the construction is accomplished. By the adoption of the underground pile foundation disassembly method and device, the underground pile foundation can be partially disassembled, the construction occupied area is small, and peripheral buildings are not affected.
