UNDERGROUND PILE REMOVAL METHOD AND UNDERGROUND PILE REMOVAL DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to reliably remove a columnar soil improvement pile buried underground at a low cost.SOLUTION: An underground pile removal method comprises: a positioning process to set a casing 12 above a columnar soil improvement pile P; an insertion process to insert the casing 12 into the ground while rotating and lowering the casing 12 to excavate the ground with an outer excavation bit 13 until the casing 12 surrounds a portion of the columnar soil improvement pile P; an excavation preparation process to set a screw 11 above the casing 12; an excavation process to construct an excavation hole H by crushing the columnar soil improvement pile P with an inner crashing bit 14 while rotating and lowering the screw 11 in a manner that penetrates an inside of the casing 12; and a discharge process to discharge crushed debris p of the columnar soil improvement pile P in the excavation hole H from an upper section of the casing 12 by blowing off compressed air, injected through a base edge side 11B of the screw 11, through a tip edge side 11A thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地中に埋設された柱状改良杭を低コストで且つ確実に撤去する技術を提供する。【解決手段】ケーシング１２を柱状改良杭Ｐの上方位置にセットする位置決め工程と、ケーシング１２を回転させながら下降させることにより、外側破砕ビット１３で地中を掘削しながらケーシング１２が柱状改良杭Ｐの一部を包囲するまでケーシング１２を地中に挿入する挿入工程と、スクリュー１１をケーシング１２の上方位置にセットする掘削準備工程と、ケーシング１２の内部を貫通するように、スクリュー１１を回転及び下降させながら内側破砕ビット１４で柱状改良杭Ｐを破砕して掘削孔Ｈを形成する掘削工程と、スクリュー１１の基端側１１Ｂから圧縮空気を注入して先端側１１Ａから噴射させることにより、掘削孔Ｈ内に存在する柱状改良杭Ｐの破砕物ｐをケーシング１２の上部から排出する排出工程と、を包含する。【選択図】図２
