The pre-stressed anchor bolt fan foundation reinforcing device comprises a concrete cushion layer poured on the surface of bedrock, a concrete foundation cast on the concrete cushion layer, a plurality of rock anchor rods and a plurality of pre-stressed anchor bolts. The bottom ends of the rock anchor rods and the pre-stressed anchor bolts penetrate through the concrete cushion layer and extend into the bedrock.
