Secondary grouting process for pre-stressed anchor bolt cage of wind driven generator foundation
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete foundation pouring construction, in particular to a wind driven generator foundation pre-stressed anchor bolt cage secondary grouting technology which comprises the steps that a foundation with main body concrete reaching the set strength is selected for pretreatment; formworks are erected on the two sides of the upper anchor plate in the circumferential direction, so that an annular pouring face is formed between the formworks and the upper anchor plate, and the distance between the formworks and the upper anchor plate is kept fixed; the lower end face of the formwork makes contact with the main body concrete and is attached and sealed, and meanwhile the upper end face of the formwork is made to be higher than the lower end face of the upper anchor plate by a specified distance; continuous pouring is conducted in the pouring face, and the height of the concrete after standing is located between the lower end face of the upper anchor plate and the upper end face of the formwork; and after pouring is completed, concrete curing is conducted. The arrangement mode of the formwork is adjusted, so that the sealing performance of the formwork and the main body concrete is guaranteed, meanwhile, the distance between the formwork and the top anchor plate is adjusted to guarantee the uniformity of a pouring structure, and therefore the secondary grouting effect is improved.
本发明涉及混凝土基础浇筑施工技术领域,具体涉及一种风力发电机基础预应力锚栓笼二次灌浆工艺,包括:选择主体混凝土达到设定强度的基础进行预处理;在上部锚板的两侧沿圆周支设模板,使模板与上部锚板的之间形成圆环状的浇筑面且模板与上部锚板之间的距离保持固定;模板的下端面与主体混凝土接触并进行贴合密封,同时使模板的上端面高出上部锚板的下端面指定距离;向浇筑面内连续浇筑并使混凝土静置后的高度位于上部锚板的下端面与模板的上端面之间;浇筑完成后,进行混凝土养护。本发明通过调整了模板的设置方式,保障模板与主体混凝土至今的密封性,同时调整模板与顶部锚板之间的间距以保障浇筑结构的均匀,从而提高二次灌浆的效果。
