The invention relates to a prestressed anchor foundation. The prestressed anchor foundation comprises a foundation pit, a bellow is arranged in the middle of the foundation pit, a plurality of transverse steel bars and vertical steel bars are arranged outside the bellow in a criss-cross mode, the joint points of the transverse steel bars and the vertical steel bars are fixed in a welded mode, a plurality of annular fixing steel bar layers are further arranged in the foundation pit, each annular fixing steel bar layer comprises a plurality of annular steel bars with unequal radii, the joint points of the annular steel bars and the transverse steel bars and the joint points of the annular steel bars and the vertical steel bars are fixed in a welded mode, a fan foundation is arranged in the bellow and comprises a lower template ring and an upper template ring which are parallel, a plurality of circular holes are formed in the lower template ring and the upper template ring correspondingly, a plurality of bolts are connected between the lower template ring and the upper template ring, and fixing nuts are fixed to the tops of the bolts. The prestressed anchor foundation is high in structural strength and good in stability and can bear large fans.
