Prestressed anchor pile
The invention discloses a prestressed anchor pile. The prestressed anchor pile comprises a prefabricated pipe pile and a conical pile head, wherein the prefabricated pipe pile is a prefabricated concrete cylinder with an inner cavity, a solidified concrete cylinder is prepared in advance, a lifting steel strand is arranged in the inner cavity of the prefabricated pipe pile, and the extension direction of the lifting steel strand is the same as that of the prefabricated pipe pile; the inner extension end of the lifting steel strand is fixed to an embedded anchor plate, the lifting steel strand extends out of the outer extension end of the prefabricated pipe pile, and the portion, extending out of the outer extension end, of the lifting steel strand is used for anchoring; and the prefabricated pipe pile is formed through pouring in advance, the formed prefabricated pipe pile and the conical pile head form a whole, the conical pile head is located at the inner extension end of the prefabricated pipe pile, one end of the conical pile head is inserted into a hole formed in the stratum and can play a role after being inserted into the stratum, the concrete solidification process is omitted, and construction efficiency is improved. Multiple protruding points are arranged on the outer surface of the prefabricated pipe pile in the circumferential direction, friction force between the prefabricated pipe pile and the hole of the stratum can be increased, and the whole prestressed anchor pile is not prone to being pulled out reversely.
本发明公开一种预应力锚桩,包括预制管桩和锥形桩头,预制管桩为具有内腔的预制混凝土筒形体,预先制备已经凝固的混凝土筒体,预制管桩的内腔中设置提拉钢绞线,提拉钢绞线的延伸方向与预制管桩的延伸方向同向;提拉钢绞线的内伸端固定于预埋锚板,提拉钢绞线从预制管桩的外伸端伸出,提拉钢绞线从外伸端伸出的部分用于锚固;预先浇筑成型预制管桩,成型后的预制管桩和锥形桩头形成一个整体,锥形桩头位于预制管桩的内伸端,将锥形桩头的一端插入地层中开设的孔洞,插入地层后即可发挥作用,省去了混凝土凝固的过程,加速了施工效率。预制管桩的外表面周向布置多个凸起的凸点,可以提升与地层孔洞之间的摩擦力,整个预应力锚桩不易反向被拔出。
