The invention discloses an oil seal toilet stool with an oil saving function, which comprises a toilet stool body, wherein a concave excrement collecting area is arranged on the toilet stool body; a blow-off pipeline is connected to the lowest position in the excrement collecting area; the blow-off pipeline is in a U shape; a normally open valve is arranged on the blow-off pipeline; the toilet stool body is connected with a flushing device used for flushing excrement in the excrement collecting area, water for flushing by the flushing device forms a water seal area in the excrement collectingarea; the toilet stool body is connected with an oil seal device, the oil seal device comprises an elastic bag, a connecting pipe, a piston cylinder, a piston body, a sensor, a controller and a driving device, the elastic bag is arranged in the excrement collecting area and located below the water seal liquid level in the excrement collecting area, and the elastic bag is bonded to the bottom of the excrement collecting area through waterproof glue. In actual use of the toilet stool, waste of the oil seal can be reduced, and the toilet stool is more economical.
