The invention relates to a control and construction method for aerated concrete block infilled wall cracks. According to the control and construction method, nodes made of engineering plastic materials are pre-embedded in a solid state, and are thermally molten in the intermediary period of tamping, and the dissolved engineering plastic materials can enter tiny cracks of a basic level part, and restore to the solid state again after the power is cut off, so that after the construction is completed, pre-embedded matters which are of special-shaped structures and are made of the engineering plastic materials can effectively fill the very small cracks between the infilled wall and a structural frame; and meanwhile the phenomena of fracture and cracking between concrete materials can be avoided by using the characteristic of the good expansion property of the engineering plastic materials, and thus, the advantage of long-term construction anti-cracking is achieved.
本发明涉及一种加气混凝土砌块填充墙裂缝控制施工工法,该工法将工程塑料材质的结节在固体状态下预埋,在捣实中期热熔融化,溶解的工程塑料材质可进入基层部分的微小缝隙中,并在断电后再次恢复到固体状态,这样在施工完成后,这部分工程塑料材质的异形结构预埋物可有效填充填充墙和结构框架间非常微小的缝隙,同时可利用工程塑料材质膨胀性能好的特点,避免混凝土材质之间出现断裂开缝的现象,从而实现了长期施工防开裂的优点。
