The invention discloses a fabricated insulation board with a sound and heat insulation function. The fabricated insulation board with the sound and heat insulation function comprises a keel fixed on awall, base plates and sound and heat insulation assemblies, wherein the keel is arranged on the wall in a latticed shape, the base plates are arrayed on the keel, and the sound and heat insulation assemblies are attached to the base plates. The keel comprises vertical frames which are vertically arranged at intervals and horizontal frames horizontally connected between every two adjacent verticalframes at intervals, wherein two sliding grooves are formed in each vertical frame and are slidably connected with the corresponding base plate. Two sliding blocks are correspondingly fixed on the side, close to the corresponding vertical frame, of each base plate. The multiple base plates are sequentially and slidably arranged on the vertical frames through the sliding blocks and are tightly connected in the vertical direction under the effect of gravity. The spaces between the sliding blocks and the sliding grooves are filled with expansive solidification slurry, and the base plates can firmly abut against the vertical frames under the pressure of the expansive solidification slurry.
