The invention relates to a fabricated sound-insulation and heat-insulation keel firewall. The fabricated sound-insulation and heat-insulation keel firewall comprises a keel frame, wall bodies and a filling assembly; the wall bodies are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the left end face and the right end face of the keel frame through bolts; the filling assembly is fixedly installed in the middle of the keel frame; the keel frame comprises concave-shaped steel, adjusting steel columns, a light steel frame, light steel vertical plates and light steel transverse plates; the filling assembly comprises fireproof plates, right-angle plates, sound insulation cotton, vacuum plates and rubber strips; and wall body comprises gypsum boards, panels, light steel plates, positioning plates and rubber plates. According to the fabricated sound-insulation and heat-insulation keel firewall, the size of the firewall can be adjusted through the keel frame, the length of the keel frame can be rapidly adjusted after installation; and through cooperation of the wall bodies and the filling assembly, the firewall has sound insulation, heat insulation and fireproof performance, and the service life of the firewall is prolonged.
