The invention discloses a building moving platform for a building outer wall. The building moving platform comprises a building platform, a vehicle frame, a traveling wheel assembly and a moving platform body; the building platform comprises a first platform body and a second platform body which are arranged in the up-down direction and further comprises the vehicle frame arranged between the first platform body and the second platform body; the traveling wheel assembly is arranged on the vehicle frame and matched with the first platform body and/or the second platform body to drive the vehicle frame to travel along the building platform, the traveling wheel assembly comprises a driving wheel and a wobble wheel capable of wobbling, the traveling directions of the two wheels are parallel during direct movement of the vehicle frame, and the traveling directions of the two wheels form an included angle during steering of the vehicle frame; and the moving platform body can be connected tothe vehicle frame in a lifting mode, and the tail end of the moving platform body is suitable for being connected with an end executor to treat the building outer wall. According to the building moving platform for the building outer wall, during steering of the vehicle frame, the driving wheel drives the whole vehicle frame to travel forwards quickly, the wobble wheel conducts wobbling adjustmentwhile traveling forwards, and the vehicle frame is not prone to slipping; and the treatment range of the end executor is enlarged through the moving platform body.
