The invention discloses a building outer wall surface moving function platform. The building outer wall surface moving function platform comprises an upper moving device arranged at the top of a building and a lower moving device arranged at the bottom of the building. The upper moving device comprises an upper annular track and an upper moving mechanism moving along the upper annular track. The lower moving device comprises a lower annular track and a lower moving mechanism moving along the lower annular track. A first steel cable is connected between the upper moving mechanism and the lower moving mechanism and used for being arranged on the outer side of a building outer wall surface. A function platform body capable of moving along the first steel cable is connected to the first steel cable. The building outer wall surface moving function platform can move in a crossing mode in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the building outer wall surface and between the outer wall surfaces on the two adjacent sides, and thus the functions such as unmanned remote control construction treatment and emergency rescue fire extinguishing for the building outer wall surface can be conveniently achieved.
