The parking assisting device is arranged underground, so that normal vehicle driving cannot be influenced at ordinary times; if the device is to be used, a vehicle can be transversely moved into a parking space only through driving the vehicle to a designated position, stopping the vehicle and then starting the device, and a substitute platform is arranged at the original position to lift and supplement, so that the device is very convenient to use.
