A power transmission line tower operation horizontal ladder, disclosed by the present invention, is characterized by comprising a fixed seat, a supporting seat, a horizontal ladder main body and a supporting rod, wherein a driving gear, a transmission gear and a driven gear which are meshed with one another are arranged in the fixed seat, a crank coaxially fixed with the driving gear is arranged on the top surface of the fixed seat, and one end of the flat ladder main body is fixed on the end surface of the driven gear; the two ends of the supporting rod are movably hinged to the other end ofthe horizontal ladder main body and the supporting seat respectively, and a fixing frame is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the fixing base and the side wall of the supporting base. The power transmission line tower operation horizontal ladder has the advantages of being simple in structure, being convenient to use and easy to carry, being capable of achieving the hot-line work, being capableof guaranteeing the rapid movement of operators, being high in safety coefficient and being capable of being used for strain towers and tangent towers of the overhead power transmission lines.
