Glass fiber reinforcing agent and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a glass fiber reinforcing agent. The glass fiber reinforcing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: no less than 92.5% of calcium oxide, no more than1.2% of magnesium oxide, no more than 1.0% of silicon dioxide, no more than 0.2% of ferric oxide and no more than 0.25% of sulfur trioxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the glass fiber reinforcing agent. According to the preparation method, the continuity and stability of the whole calcining process are guaranteed through approach analysis, fixed-point purchasing and accurate metering, and meanwhile, a produced calcium oxide product has the advantages of high purity and low content of impurities such as silicon, magnesium and iron; by using an advanced mechanical shaftkiln for calcining and reasonably controlling material granularity, calcining temperature and time can be accurately set; meanwhile, the measures of stone washing and selection, balanced material distribution and the like are adopted, so the produced calcium oxide product is stable in quality and good in use performance; sodium chloride is added, so the calcining temperature can be remarkably reduced, the calcining time is shortened, and the purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved; and the tungsten trioxide is added, so the strength of subsequently prepared glass fibers is favorably improved.
