The invention provides a concrete surface rapid repairing material and a preparation method thereof. The concrete surface rapid repairing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40.0%-60.0% of cement; 10.0%-20.0% of sulphoaluminate cement; 5.0%-12.0% of dihydrate gypsum; 0.5%-0.8% of borax; 0.0%-0.05% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether; 0.1%-0.3% of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 5.0%-10.0% of silica fume; 2.0%-5.0% of micro beads; 5.0%-15% of fly ash; and 1.2%-3.5% of latex powder. The repairing material capable of effectively improving the surface quality of concrete is obtained through the preparation method of the rapid repairing material for the concrete surface, so that technical support is provided for appearance quality and durability of concrete components.
