The content of each component in percentage by mass is as follows: 10%-16.7% of Portland cement, 14%-20.7% of slag, 2.7% of silica fume, 66.7% of medium-grade sand, 0.3% of NaOH or 1% of Na2SiO3, and the mass ratio of water to the cementing material is 0.5. The material provided by the invention has the characteristics of fast coagulation and high bonding strength, can realize rapid repairing of concrete, has the advantages of easily available raw materials, low cost, freeze thawing resistance, corrosion resistance, good long-term performance and the like.
