The invention discloses a filling slurry optimization method for downward layered filling method mining by using waste rock. The method comprises the following steps: with coarse waste rock aggregateand rod-milled sand as mixed aggregate,; designing mixed filling aggregates with different proportions of waste rock and rod-milled sand, and a test scheme of different gel-sand ratios and slurry concentrations of the mixed filling aggregates to obtain a test result of the strength of the cemented filling body and the fluidity and stability of the filling slurry; conducting stepwise regression analysis on the test data through a quadratic polynomial, and establishing a relation function between the waste rock utilization rate and the mortar ratio, between the waste rock utilization rate and the slurry concentration, between the filling body strength and between the slurry fluidity and stability; establishing a filling material cost model; determining design indexes of the cemented fillingbody; and establishing a filling material multi-objective optimization model, thereby solving the target optimization model to obtain an optimization design. According to the method, the strength of the cemented filling body and the fluidity and stability of the slurry meet the filling mining requirements, the filling material cost is lowest, and the waste rock utilization rate is highest.
