The invention discloses a full-tailing cemented filling mining method for a downward horizontal drift of a stoping body, which comprises the steps of stope arrangement, mining preparation engineering, stoping operation and stope filling, and is characterized in that after drift stoping is finished, a reinforcing mesh consisting of flat ribs and vertical ribs is laid at the bottom; the method comprises the following steps: filling a high-proportion full-tailing cemented filling material which is 1/2 of the height of an access road as lower bottoming filling, and filling a low-proportion full-tailing cemented filling material which is 1/2 of the height of the access road as upper common filling after a lower filling body is solidified, the mixing amount is 0.2%-0.8% of the mass of a solid material, the compressive strength and the tensile strength of the lower high-proportion full-tailing cemented filling body can be effectively improved, collapse accidents caused by the fact that the lower high-proportion full-tailing cemented filling body cannot effectively support the upper low-proportion full-tailing cemented filling body are prevented, and therefore the safety of workers and equipment in a stope is guaranteed.
