The invention discloses a preparation method of skin-grafting pug for the outer skin of honeycomb ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing fine cordierite powder, ceramicfiber powder and methyl cellulose under normal pressure to prepare mixed powder, adding silica sol and an emulsion into the mixed powder, carrying out mixing, and conducting vacuumizing while mixing to obtain the skin-grafting pug. According to the preparation method, vacuumizing is carried out in the preparation process of the skin-grafting pug, so the compactness and uniformity of the obtained skin-grafting pug are improved; the slurry of the skin-grafting pug is unlikely to permeate and hollowing is unlikely to occur after the skin-grafting pug is applied, and outer skin is unlikely to falloff locally; and as for thermal shock resistance, cracks are avoided after the skin-grafting pug is quenched three times at a temperature of 700 DEG C or above.
本发明公开一种蜂窝陶瓷外表皮植皮泥料的制备方法,先在常压下将堇青石细粉、陶瓷纤维粉、甲基纤维素混合,制备成混合粉料,然后在混合粉料中加入硅溶胶、乳液进行混合,并在混合的同时进行抽真空,得到植皮泥料。本发明通过在制备植皮泥料的过程中进行抽真空,使得到的植皮泥料致密性、均匀性提高,贴敷后,浆料不易渗透,不易出现空鼓,使外表皮不易局部脱落,在抗热冲击性能方面为700℃及以上急冷三次无裂纹。
