The invention provides a preparation method of a silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out oxidation treatment on the surfaceof carbon fiber, and grafting silicon carbide nanoparticles on the surface of the carbon fiber by adopting a silane coupling agent grafting method, carrying outimpregnating, curingand pyrolyzing ofapolycarbosilane precursor solutionon the surface of the carbon fiber grafted with the silicon carbide nanoparticles to form the carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material. According to the silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material, the silicon carbide nanoparticle grafted carbon fiber is prepared by adopting thesilane coupling agent grafting method; the wettability between the fiber reinforcement and the matrix is enhanced, so that proper interface bonding strength is formed between the fiber and the matrix, effective transfer of load between the ceramic matrix and the fiber reinforcement is ensured, and meanwhile, the fiber is protected from physical and chemical damage to a certain extent.
本发明提供的碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料的制备方法,对碳纤维表面进行氧化处理,采用硅烷偶联剂接枝法在所述碳纤维表面接枝碳化硅纳米粒子,使聚碳硅烷先驱体溶液在接枝碳化硅纳米粒子后的碳纤维表面浸渍、固化及高温裂解形成碳纤维增强碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料。上述碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料采用硅烷偶联剂接枝法制备了碳化硅纳米粒子接枝碳纤维,增强了纤维增强体与基体之间的润湿性,使纤维与基体之间具有合适的界面结合强度,保证了陶瓷基体与纤维增强体之间载荷的有效传递,同时一定程度上保护了纤维免受物理和化学的损伤。
